Outstanding! From the initial conversation with Jackeline, where I outlined all my requirements for a move in cleaning -- to the diligent follow-ups, where they continued to inquire as to my needs and any adds/or deletions to the planned services, as well as provide expectations and requirements -- to the actual cleaning itself.

Two lovely ladies showed up, on time, and with the sweetest temperaments, and went straight to work satisfying my VERY OCD needs related to the bathrooms - particularly getting the toilets right. Both were pretty well sanitized by the complex cleaning crew but still not where I needed them to be because I planned to install new, soft-closed toilet seats. After I removed the toilet seats for the ladies (ugh - LOL), they went to town to make them AND THE WHOLE rest of the apartment sparkling clean. Just an incredible job all around. Both were very sweet and pleasant and a lovely supervisor stopped in to check to ensure everything I needed was being honored as requested.

DO NOT HESITATE to reserve DMC's services. I inquired based on the stellar reviews and they are indeed legit. Once I get settled from unpacking and take a good look at my finances, I'm going to see if I can have them come back on a bi-weekly or monthly basis so that those areas I don't always get - like blinds, baseboards, etc., get done with the expertise provided by the DMC crew. Absolutely Stellar!

Outstanding service from start to finish! They arrived early, assessed everything that needed to be done, and gave my home a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning. Natalia and Marcela were incredibly detailed, professional, and left everything spotless. A special shoutout to Diva for making sure everything went smoothly, and to Caio as well. I made an appointment with DMC cleaning services to do a deep cleaning at my house and they arrived right on time as promised. They did the most thorough cleaning and it was beyond what I was expecting. Diva and her team Marcela and Dinna were so diligent with everything they tackled from the bathrooms, the kitchen appliances and every nook and cranny in the house, they didn’t miss anything. They spent almost 11 hours tirelessly working to bring back the sparkle to my home. Windows, doors, floors all look magnificent. I recommend this company to anyone looking to bring back the shine to their home. Diva was very warm and friendly and you could tell she is passionate about what she does. If I could give 10 stars I would!
