DMC Cleaning has over 20 years of experience cleaning homes just like yours. In that time, we have adopted the most efficient methods and stocked the best tools and products for our use.

All of our staff receive the same professional training to ensure quality and consistency. They go through extensive background checks and we are fully insured.
We offer a no-obligation consultation and are happy to come to your home to provide a full inspection and estimate. This process usually takes about 15-20 minutes and is at no cost to you. We will then send you a detailed quote of both your initial cleaning and routine cleaning. The initial or “DEEP” cleaning will take longer then routine service, as we need to bring you up to DMC standards and therefore will cost more. After initial “DEEP” clean is performed, routine service will be more efficient AND more affordable. Not to worry, we will take any of your special preferences into account.
  • Cleaning all reachable window frames and sills, wiping panels as needed

  • Cleaning all bathrooms

  • Dusting furniture, cleaning mirrors, blinds and ceiling fans, vacuuming carpets and vacuuming and mopping bare floors

  • Cleaning dishwasher exterior

  • Wiping interior and exterior of microwave

  • Wiping the toaster/toaster oven interior and exterior

  • Wiping coffeemaker

  • Wiping countertops and backsplash

  • Wiping lightswitch covers

  • Removal of cobwebs

  • Dusting any reachable light fixtures/chandeliers

  • Wiping and dusting doors and baseboards

  • Vacuuming couches and cleaning under cushions

  • Replacing paper towels and toilet paper if available

  • Wiping exterior of refrigerator

  • To allow us to be more efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items and clutter before our team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost.

  • You do not need to be home on your day of service. Most of our clients provide us with access to their homes via key or code. If a key is given, it will be kept in a secure storage device until day of service and then promptly returned to the storage device at the end of day.

  • If you need to cancel or skip your scheduled cleaning, DMC Cleaning Service requires a two-business day (48 hour) notice. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, 50% of the price of your scheduled cleaning will be charged.. For cancellations done with less than 24 hour notice, a full fee of your scheduled cleaning will be charged.
